Information is stored on the infrastructure used to provide this website, with access limited to people who need it. We normally delete or de-identify it within 180 days after the enquiry closes, unless law or a dispute requires longer retention.

We do not sell personal information. Hosting and form-processing providers may process it only as necessary to deliver the service and under appropriate safeguards.
